OUR  REFUND POLICY

Receipt and Condition:

  • You must present the receipt

  • The product must not be opened

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 business days from the date of purchase

Best Before Items:

  • Items marked with a "best before" date may not be refunded

  • According to Australian law, food with a "best before" date is still safe to eat after this date if it is not damaged, deteriorated, or perished

  • Such foods can legally be sold after the best before date if they are fit for human consumption

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Fresh taro and taro leaves are non-refundable as they are chosen by the customer

Expired Items:

  • Items marked as expired may be eligible for a refund

  • If an item is damaged from the inside, you must provide a reason for the damage to be considered for a full refund

Return Period:

  • All goods must be returned within 30 business days from the date of purchase
